GETC With LU Simon builders has delivered another exciting project—Knoxia Apartments in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs. Located in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs of Wantirna, the Knoxia project features 87 spacious apartments across a six-floor complex, with an additional seven luxurious townhouses adjacent to the main building.

The development features one, two & three bedroom apartments alongside the three bedroom townhouses, with local schools amenities and the Knox City Shopping Centre a mere stone’s throw away.

Knoxia offers a range of versatile floor plans to suit every lifestyle, with each apartment featuring generous living spaces designed to maximise light for optimal flow and freedom. Sliding floor-to-ceiling glass doors open out onto paved terrace areas with breathtaking views of the Dandenong Ranges.

GETC’s involvement in the project included the supply and installation of the entire Joinery package for the project, including items such as complete kitchens for both the townhouse & apartments and bathroom vanity units, among the various other Joinery items.

All Joinery items supplied by GETC feature high-quality finishes, wood-grain cabinetry, SMEG appliances, and toughened glass splashbacks, delivering a level of functionality & class that would impress even the most discerning chef.

The bathrooms incorporate the latest European tapware in chrome or sleek black finishes and unmatched detailing.

More than 20 containers were seamlessly transported & handled by our crews on site, and with our typical disciplined approach to the manufacture, QC and installation phases, GETC was once again able to deliver over and above for our clients and all involved.

Our teams of specialist placement & installation crews worked strenuously to expedite the process to meet construction schedules, managing and quickly remedying the few defects throughout to ensure our portion of the project was finalised before handover with an exceptional finished result.
