The 40 million dollar development included a multi-residential and mixed-use offering for the growing community in Melbourne’s inner eastern suburb of Malvern East.
Located on the iconic former Dairy Bell site, the development provides an urban transformation that seamlessly integrates to the existing conditions of the precinct, while respecting the current landscape characteristics.
GETC partnered with Hutchinson Builders to deliver all Joinery components located on-site including and not limited to all apartment & common are joinery aspects of the project.
The project featured a total of 117 apartments spanning across six floors, ranging from one to four bedrooms, including two luxury penthouses. Additionally, the ground floor features retail tenancies across the Waverley Road frontage.
