GETC delivered complete joinery packages for ‘The Evermore’ located on the southern fringe of Melbourne’s CBD. Comprising of 370 apartments spanning across two high-rise towers.

The Evermore, located at 58 – 66 Dorcas Street, straddles the boundaries of Southbank and South Melbourne, with opportune proximity to lush parklands and the bustling local cultural hubs.

The development comprises 370 apartments spanning across two 24-level high-rise towers—designed by architect Hayball and developer Landence—seamlessly integrating with the existing characteristics of the area while recognising the contemporary landscape attributes.

Amenities included in the development range from a fully equipped gymnasium, communal lounge and study spaces, landscaped courtyard gardens, heated swimming pool, common dining spaces and cinema rooms.

In a consecutive partnership with LU Simon, GETC delivered all Joinery components located on-site including all apartment & common area spaces within the project.

The apartments range from one, two and three bedroom, from 45, 60 and 110 square meters respectively, finished luxuriously with high-end 2 pac, custom manufactured Laminate and stone throughout.

Thirty containers were seamlessly transported & handled by our crews on site, and with our typical excellence to manufacturing, QC and installation—GETC was once again able to deliver over and above for our clients and all involved.

Our teams of specialist placement & installation crews worked strenuously to expedite the process to meet construction schedules, managing and quickly remedying the few defects throughout to ensure our portion of the project was finalised before handover with an exceptional finished result.
